In connection with trade show and event management services, Myndshare may engage or coordinate with third-party vendors, venues, contractors, and service providers. Myndshare is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, errors, or service failures of independent third parties, including venue conditions, vendor performance, shipping/logistics providers, or platform outages.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Myndshare and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Myndshare's total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
